At the entry level, the firm recruits on college campuses throughout the metropolitan area as well as accepting resumes from qualified candidates through referral and e-mail. At the experienced level, Cornick, Garber & Sandler, LLP provides significant opportunities for advancement by its ability to have experienced staff guide and encourage those less experienced. You should take note that the partner/staff ratio is approximately 1:4 that allows for partner/staff interaction on a regular basis and for individual development that may surpass that of your peers at other firms.
